Third Party Case Management & Administration

Construction Arbitration Services (CAS) believes that a key to maintaining quality control in our dispute settlement services is having a centralized, neutral case administration center. The benefits we provide to disputing parties are:

CAS operations center, located in Clinton Township, Michigan handles case administration services for CAS throughout the nation. Each step in our administrative process operates to enable CAS to process disputes in a fair and timely manner.
